Claudia Bueno has over 20 years of experience as a recruiter in hospitals and corporate settings, 15 of those in the healthcare area. Claudia has served as a Human Resource manager and has maintained her knowledge of hiring practices and procedures. With an extensive background in immigration law, Claudia serves a liaison between the hiring facility, immigration attorney and the candidate. Claudia emigrated from Colombia South America at a young age and therefore fully understands the adaptation process and the impacts on the family and candidate’s lives during the immigration process. As a resident of Arizona for the past 9 years, she understands the Arizona Culture and nursing needs of the area.
